A Women's Place Campaign toolkit
At Women’s Conference 2004, representatives from your unions mandated NUS to work against gender stereotyping in education, in particular by encouraging more women to aspire to the courses that men have traditionally dominated. This mandate was then selected by NUS Women's Committee to form part of the priority campaigns for 2004/5 in the form of a campaign entitled 'A Woman’s Place'.

This is a campaign about encouraging women to explore all the options when making educational/career decisions and to feel confident enough to opt for non-traditional courses should they wish to.
The toolkit below will arm you with all the facts you need to run an effective campaign.
