How do I register with officeronline?
My registration has not been accepted.
My students' union is not listed on the registration form.

Q: Who can register with officeronline?
A: officeronline is NUS' website for students' union officers and staff. Therefore only those who are involved with or working for their local students' union are able to register with and access the resources available through officeronline.

Q: How do I register with officeronline?
A: To register with officeronline click on the register link and complete the form. Only officers and staff from NUS constituent member unions are able to register with officeronline.co.uk

Q: My registration has not been accepted
A: As officeronline registration is only available to students' union officers and staff, if your name cannot be found on NUS' central database, your registration will need to be approved manually. This can take up to three working days. If your registration is not active after this time please contact us, providing your name, registered email address, students' union and your role within your union. To speed up the process, if your students' union president, General Manager or SSLO can verify your role within your union, we can approve your pending registration much more quickly.

Q: My students' union is not listed on the registration form.
A: Access to officeronline is only available to officers and staff from NUS-affiliated students' unions. If your union is not a member of NUS or whose membership has been suspended from NUS, your union's name will not appear in the list and therefore you are unable to register with officeronline or access its resources.
