Opening the doors to a new NUS

We want more students to get involved in NUS but as you no doubt know, it’s pretty hard to get your voice heard in our structures. We’ve been speaking to you (or your predecessors if you’re a first time officer) about reform and we’ve listened to what’s been said, creating a new set of proposals for making NUS more accessible to all students.

The detailed proposals were agreed by the NEC on Monday 6 October and now it’s your turn to

• look at them
• discuss them with your students
• and then let us know any amendments you might have to them.
