Immigration law consultation document released
Following a summer of consultation, the Border and Immigration Agency, part of the Home Office, recently released its paper on plans to simplify immigration law.
The document aims to simplify immigration law for all who need to refer to, and use, immigration law. It is not to be confused with the points-based system and the changes it aims to bring about in terms of entry to the country and your visa status. The new document is about being able to easily understand and access and utilise immigration law for all concerned.
Comments and questions are welcome and can be sent to International Students Officer Evita Situma.
