Education Maintenance Allowance Survey 2010
The NUS Further Education Campaign has launched its Education Maintenance Allowance Survey 2010.

The General Election is looming, and we want to find out what learners think of the EMA. With the help of FE officers like you, we can get as many learners as possible to give us their opinions. We can then use the data to lobby the political parties and get them to both protect and improve the allowance.
And, if anyone needs more of an incentive, then on complete the survey learners can enter into a prize draw to win one of three £50 Amazon vouchers.
We'll be giving you ideas on how to promote the survey in the coming days, so check back to this page.
Note that because of the differences in the systems around the UK, this survey is for learners in England only. However, we will also be launching two other surveys very soon: one for learners who get EMA in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and one for learners in England who get the Adult Learning Grant – more details on these to follow.
