Diary Update
09/01/2007

A Happy New Year to you! All the best for 2007.

Whilst I have written more recently, the last time I blogged about what I’ve been doing with my days was in September. So, here’s the low-down on my movements from September 2006 to the end of the calendar year. I’m afraid this is going to be one of those “copy-and-paste-my-diary-into-my-blog” entries – not the best read but the most effective way to find out what I’ve been doing at a glance…

In between events, I’ve been mostly involved in Finance Committee’s work to overhaul the affiliation fee system and how this interlinks with wider, wholesale NUS reform; the roll-out of NUS Extra; responding to the ongoing coverage that students’ unions (including my own) are being threaten with legal action by evangelical Christian groups; and, of course, pre-October 29th, building for the National Demo. On top of that, I’m a full-time President based in Edinburgh – meaning I’ve never been busier and never gotten so close to the rail network of this country! :)
