• Anti Racism/Anti Fascism Conference

Anonymous Marking

Apart from these meetings and events, I’ve also been continuing to encourage Officers to complete the Anonymous Marking Campaign, furthermore Julian and I have begun finalizing the second phase of the campaign.

Sabbatical Work/Life balance

This month I’ve focused on designing and writing the Sabbatical work/life balance questionnaire. This is now complete and the link will go up on Officeronline shortly. We hope that this survey will allow us to access the current state of Officer’s salaries/workloads/hours etc in order for us to develop a charter for their rights and ensure they are appreciated and valued by their institution. This work will also feed into the work done by the ‘Participate Priority Campaign’ to lobby for increased block grants.
