Mature Students Conference
03/04/2007

Mature Students' Conference
23 - 24 April 2007
Britannia Hotel Coventry

WITH MATURE STUDENTS MAKING UP THE MAJORITY IN HE & FE, CAN YOU AFFORD NOT TO SEND DELEGATES?

The majority of students in the UK are mature students - yet mature students are massively under-represented both in their own unions and within NUS. You can help change that and show your commitment to the representation of mature students by sending delegates to NUS Mature Students Conference 2007. Each union can send up to four delegates. This is an ideal event for incoming welfare or mature students officers, or students involved in mature students societies in your union.

The Conference will include workshops on involving your mature students in the Union and much much more. Motions will also be debated to create policy for the campaign to work on next year.

Delegates can also stand for Mature Students National Committee

*Anyone can attend if they represent Mature Students within their Union...you do not just have to be a mature student for this Conference*
