• Meeting John Windle re appraisals, governance, Student union charter marks
• Student Union visit Derby University, where I got hideously lost for an hour stuck on the ring road
• NEC meeting at ULU – please see officer online
• European Student Convention – 60 student leaders from across Europe came to London to discuss joint work and the increasing threat of globalization
• Meeting with senior staff on the review of the regions. Much of this work is about reorganizing our work around our organizing rather than servicing strategy. Really positive move that is worth looking out for
• NEC meeting (policy alone) although I was only there briefly as the meeting started late, possibly due to the NEC being out dancing with our European Guests the night before!
• Full Staff meeting – bringing together all staff from across departments, regions and nations
• The NUS Christmas party
