My diary for the next couple of months is starting to fill up and between now and the end of November I'll be speaking at three events for the women's movement:
Defend a woman’s right to choose!
Wednesday 26 October 2005, 7-9pm, Committee Room 3, House of Lords
Don’t let the clocks be turned back on women’s rights. Now is the time to defend women’s right to choose.
Speakers from Britain and the US include:

- Baroness Joyce Gould, Chair - All Party Parliamentary Pro-Choice and Sexual Health Group

FEM 05
Saturday 5 November 2005, University of Sheffield Students' Union
FEM 05 will feature inspiring talks and workshops by leading women's rights organisations and activists. There will be a particular focus on: 1) Violence Against Women 2) Multiple Identities 3) Feminism 4) Women in the Workplace. FEM 05 will run parallel to an evening-based event - FemFest - celebrating female art and music.
Reclaim The Night
Friday 25 November 2005, 6pm, Central London
Women only march: Assemble 6pm Soho Square, Soho, Central London, nearest tube Tottenham Court Road. More details of end of march rally will be posted soon.
Mixed rally, men welcome. Begins 8pm, venue TBC
Speakers include:
