Ellie finished her A-levels in English and Drama in June at Haywards Heath College where she was Student Union President and a Governor on the College Corporation and curriculum committee. Last year she was the Further Education (FE) South East Rep on National Council, sat on the Year of Change Group and was an NUS FE advocate.

This year as VP FE, Ellie will co-ordinate NUS strategy on further education. The FE work includes campaigns, training and development. She also co- convenes the Student Union Development campaign, has responsibility for working with the British Youth Council and sits on the Education and Anti Racism/Anti Fascism teams.
