Having secured your appointment with your VC/MP talk to other students about their views and what they would like you to talk about on their behalf. Can any of them illustrate our fears for the education funding system. What levels of debt are they in? How concerned are they? Does this impact on their studies? Case studies are a really important and powerful way of demonstrating our arguments.

Go out and talk to your students, solicit their opinions, create an email address that they can send questions to or design a questionnaire for students to complete. You can take the findings to your VC and use these as the basis of your discussion as well as the four NUS questions.
