We’re launching a project to explore the experiences of black students. Various surveys and research bodies, such the National Student Survey, Equality Challenge Unit and Future Track, continue to highlight that black students face inequality within, as well as entry into, higher education (HE) and are less likely to be satisfied with their student experience.
The research project aims to build a bigger picture and will focus on various aspects of academic experience such as the admissions procedure, attainment, campus life and support networks. This is an exciting and important project and we are calling on all black students to get involved.
