Equanomics of Colour: Jesse Jackson UK tour
Racial Justice + Economic Equality = Equanomics.
The NUS Black Students' Campaign is part of the Equanomics UK coalition to campaign on wage inequalities, international trade policies, the impact of credit, loans and debts, and the impact of poverty on social conditions such as health, housing and education.
To launch this new 1990 Trust initiative, the Rev Jesse Jackson will be visiting the UK between the 21st and 26th of August.
The Commemorative tour will also mark the contributions of Black communities to the making of modern Britain and will visit 9 regions including Bristol, London, Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, Liverpool, Manchester, Sheffield and Bradford.
