NUS' new 'campaigner-in-chief' speaks to officers and union staff

NUS' new President Wes Streeting, who took over from Gemma Tumelty on 1 July 2008, has recorded the first in a series of podcasts for students’ union officers and staff.

Talking about the future of the movement, Wes said: "I think that, fundamentally, students’ unions are the most important and powerful campaigning organisations students can be involved in. It’s that campaigning role that I see as being central to the future of students’ unions.”
