Audience For staff who have responsibility for learner voice and students union within english further education colleges

Aim To provide staff the opportunity to network and receive training in approprate skills and knowledge to support student leaders in their further education college.

Course Objectives

• To understand the programme of support for staff provided by NUS and LSIS in their role for the forthcoming year
• To understand the programme of support for staff and student leaders provided by NUS and LSIS in their role for the forthcoming year
• To review the developing staffing structure for learner voice within further education colleges
• To explore the staff student dymanic in terms of mentoring or student leadership
• To improve elections within further education colleges
